A contemporary memorial to celebrate the legendary sportsman
Realized entirely by our agency, a large scale statue created by the artist Áron Zsolt Majoros, was erected for the centennial of the birth of Nandor Hidegkuti, the legendary player of Hungary’s national football Golden Team on the public square in front of the stadium named after him. The nearly 3.5 meter tall composition, a steel sculpture mounted on limestone pedestal was commissioned by the sports club MTK Budapest (founded in 1888) as a unique contemporary reflection to Hidegkuti’s iconic figure and spiritual heritage.
